Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small text file a website leaves in your browser so it can recognise the same visit from one page to the next. This site uses very few, and none that track you once you leave it. Whether you came to read about Cardenox or to place an order, the handful of files described below are all that get written.
What each kind does
- Necessary. Keep the session together — hold the order form steady while you scroll, remember that a page has already loaded, keep the menu working properly. Without these, parts of the site stop behaving.
- Preference. Remember small choices, such as a section you already opened, so the page does not reset itself every time you return.
- Measurement. Count visits in aggregate — which pages get read, which get left quickly, whether anything is loading too slowly. These are numbers, not names.
What they are never used for
No cookie on this site stores your name, your phone number or anything typed into the order form. None of them is sold, none is handed to an advertising network, and none is used to build a profile of you across other sites.
Turning them off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies without asking our permission first:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Delete browsing data.
- Safari: Settings → Safari → Block All Cookies, or Clear History and Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Opera and Edge: Settings → Privacy → Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking the necessary cookies usually leaves the order form losing what you typed. Blocking the measurement ones changes nothing you will notice.
