This site collects almost nothing beyond what an order requires. A name and a phone number are the only details asked of anyone who decides to order Cardenox in Nigeria, and they exist for one purpose: so a consultant can confirm the address and the delivery day before a rider sets out with the parcel. Nothing else is requested, and nothing is required just to read the pages.

What we hold

• The name typed into the order form.
• The phone number typed into the order form.
• The delivery address given during the confirmation call.
• Ordinary technical details any browser sends to any website — the page requested, a rough region, the type of device.

What it is used for

The name and number go to the consultant who calls to confirm the order and to the rider who delivers it. That is the entire journey. No profiles are built from this information, no list of numbers is sold, and nobody outside the order-and-delivery chain ever sees it. The technical details are only ever looked at in aggregate, to notice if a page is slow or broken, never to single out one visitor.

How long it stays

An order record is kept for as long as the parcel is in transit and for a short time afterwards, in case a question comes up about the delivery or the pack itself. An enquiry that never becomes an order is cleared sooner than that. Once a record has done its job it gets deleted rather than kept indefinitely.

Keeping it safe

Order details sit behind access that only the people handling orders and deliveries can reach, and the connection between your browser and this site is encrypted. Anyone who works with order data is told plainly that a customer's number does not leave the order system for any other purpose.

Your say over it

You can ask what is held under your name, ask for a mistake in it to be corrected, or ask for the whole record to be deleted. Write to [email protected] from any address and mention the name and number the order was placed under. Messages are read at any hour, any day of the week.

Children

This is a food supplement aimed at adults, and the site is not directed at anyone under eighteen. If a minor has left details here, write to the address above and the record will be removed.

Changes to this page

If the way orders are handled changes, this page is updated to match. The version in front of you is the one currently in force, and it covers every order placed through cardenox.com in 2026.
